TRUE HUMAN
A Story Big Enough to Carry Us
With Samantha Sweetwater
& Friends
We are all story weavers and co-creators of culture.
Join us for an evening of ritual, storytelling, embodiment and inquiry to find your unique thread in a story big enough to carry — an emergent and ancient tapestry of remembering kinship and custodial care of Gaia.
A True Story Answers Life's Essential Questions:
Who are we?
What are we?
Why are we here?
Where are we headed?
What constitutes a good life?
What is the basis of trustworthiness?
How can we create a world where we all belong?
These questions may be the most important conversations of our age. Come join us in this vital exploration, under the TERRA Globe with new and old friends alike!
EVENING DETAILS
DOORS @ 6PM
MUSICIAN @ 6:30-7PM
SAMANTHA @ 7-9PM
Join author & kinship facilitator Samantha Sweetwater in an exploration of deep human narrative: The stories that have scaffolded civilization are no longer fit to carry us forward. Our modern day social movements hinge on story, and are yearning for a grounded response to the story of separation & dominion. Our role this day and age is to unearth integral stories of interdependence & homecoming.
Samantha will be joined by a special musician (TBA) who'll open from 6:30-7pm, then join her through the more prayerful & contemplative moments of the evening.
Join us if you want to address the human conundrum at the level of cause, and if you're interested in aligning human systems and stories with flourishing life. Come explore ways being, stories, concepts, and practices of True Human. Make the one shift that shifts everything: put Life at the center of all that you be, do and become. Gain vision, language, practices and strength to guide the your life and work.

It's flying off the shelves, and highly recommended by respected authors, philosophers and influential minds across the world!

ABOUT TERRA
A giant 24' NASA globe is being hung from the ceiling of St. Mark's Cathedral again for all to experience! Rotating, internally lit, and tilted on axis, this cutting edge installation evokes what astronauts call the "Overview Effect." It's quite the sight to behold, and radically awe-inspiring for all ages... Invite your friends! Set against the backdrop of St. Mark's massive gothic architecture, this gigantic Orbis Globe is truly magnificent. But the exhibition isn't just for your viewing pleasure: Upon entering the Cathedral you'll be immersed in a rolling soundscape of introspective nature sounds, Gregorian chanting, and soothing multicultural music. Lowered daily, you can also get up on stage to touch the globe as it spins! Invite your friends & family!!!
