An Improvised Celebration
of Voice, Rhythm & Earth

UNDER THE 24' TERRA GLOBE
AT ST. MARK'S CATHEDRAL!

Featuring
Max Ribner & Sarah Conner

Presented by Revival Gatherings
And the TERRA Exhibition

What happens when a room full of people becomes one enormous, improvising choir?

Gather "in-the-round" beneath the magnificent suspended Earth globe at Saint Mark's Cathedral for an evening of collective song, spontaneous harmonies, and infectious rhythms. Led by Max Ribner & Sarah Conner, we'll transform Seattle's largest cathedral into a living instrument, weaving hundreds of voices into an evolving tapestry of sound.

Inspired by Jacob Collier's playful choral improvisations, we'll explore freestyled hooks, layered harmonies, body percussion, and full-hearted praise for the living Earth. From tender and spacious to exuberant and funky, the music will emerge through our collective creativity.

No rehearsals. No sheet music. No experience necessary. Just bring your voice and curiosity!

WHAT TO EXPECT

This is not a concert to watch. It's an invitation to become part of the music.

Max and Sarah will guide us through playful vocal explorations, improvised songs, and collective creation. We'll build grooves, invent melodies, stack harmonies, and discover the extraordinary sound of a room full of voices responding to one another.

Beneath the glowing Earth, we'll celebrate the beauty of our planet, the joy of being alive, and the magic of human collaboration.

Come ready to sing, move, experiment, and be surprised!

ABOUT TERRA

A giant 24' NASA globe is being hung from the ceiling of St. Mark's Cathedral again for all to experience! Rotating, internally lit, and tilted on axis, this cutting edge installation evokes what astronauts call the "Overview Effect." It's quite the sight to behold, and radically awe-inspiring for all ages... Invite your friends! Set against the backdrop of St. Mark's massive gothic architecture, this gigantic Orbis Globe is truly magnificent. But the exhibition isn't just for your viewing pleasure: Upon entering the Cathedral you'll be immersed in a rolling soundscape of introspective nature sounds, Gregorian chanting, and soothing multicultural music. Lowered daily, you can also get up on stage to touch the globe as it spins! Invite your friends & family!!!
